All the directors of the company are having existing business units since last 30 years. The parental companies are in Mining, Construction and Retailing besides investment in Dason Industries Casting (lost wax process). The lost wax process is started since last 14 years. We are OEM to railways, defense, automobile, steel and various others sectores. The group company generate approx. Rs. 60 Crores of turnover in the last financial year.
The main activity of this company (Dason Industries Pvt. Ltd.) involves in Aluminium high pressure Die Casting with a clamping force of 180-500 ton. The machineries are imported from Japan & Taiwan with machining shop of CNC, VMC, Tooling Design& many more. We also do finishing by shot blasting and vibro & powder coating as per client requirement. We are fully automated plant.
We have well trained engineers, technicians and other supporting staffs who helps us to maintain best standards and also enable us to cater the requirement of our clients all across the globe. Not only in production area but beside that our company also made a long way in marketing. The marketing strategy is based on fulfillment and it is double faced, customer’s side and social. Beside the employment it is offering environment friendly production.
We are already maintaining international standard quality parameters. The production is almost based on continuous process because we are bothering about uniform quality.
The company has an inbuild laboratory for testing the quality of the products with CMM, Spectro Meter & many more. Quality check is done at receipt of raw materials and continues at every stage of processing, assuring the final products will meets the set standards.
